🏗️ Accessory structures may not be placed on a vacant lot prior to the construction of a single-family home—except in cases where a fence (with a permit) or a dock (with a permit) is being constructed on a lot that permits a single-family dwelling.
🚫 Parking of vehicles, including recreational vehicles (RVs), is prohibited on undeveloped vacant parcels.
