Can I have a storage container on my residentially zoned parcel?

📦 Storage containers may only remain on residentially zoned parcels for up to 48 hours without a temporary permit, as outlined in LDC Sec. 34-3050 – Temporary Storage.

🏗️ A container may be permitted as a permanent storage shed, provided that an approved permit application is submitted along with engineering/building plans demonstrating compliance with all applicable code requirements.
