Do I need a drainage plan?
Residential
š Ā Conventionally zoned residential homes that are built 18ā above the crown of the road must submit a drainage plan.Ā

Commercial
š¬Large commercial, industrial and residential subdivisions (greater than 2 acres impervious area or 10 acres total area) are evaluated by the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD).Ā
Projects not meeting these thresholds are evaluated during the Development Order review process. The plans and calculations are reviewed to the same criteria utilized by the SFWMD.Ā Ā
