Can we ask for a reduction of fines?

📑 We only offer mitigation for Hearing Examiner–imposed liens.

✅ To request a lien reduction, please complete the Lien Mitigation Request Form. 

 Requirements include:

• The lien must be imposed by a Hearing Examiner

• The violation must be corrected prior to submission

• An active email address must be included on the form (all hearing-related communication will be sent via email)

🕒 Processing Timeline: Once the completed application is received, review and response may take up to 8 weeks before the lien is released.
